In the trial transcript the page numbers are at the top of the page. Each line of the transcript is marked with a line break (lb) milestone. The line breaks are numbered with n attributes, and precede the line corresponding to the number in the n attribute.

In the expert witness documents, the pages are numbered at the bottom of the page. If a footnote carries over to another page, the entirety of the footnote is shown together, and footnote breaks are silently eliminated.
